Quint was quite surprised that Eira had failed to hear of a Pokémon Centre before now. He just hoped that Khera knew what they were, or he might look pretty strange to this girl. He had to give him some credit, though; considering he had no soul, rendering him basically an empty shell still managing to retain knowledge and somehow function, poor thing, he was functioning pretty well socialwise. It must be difficult for a human not to have a dæmon. He knew what it was like, as no Pokémon had a dæmon, but a Pokémon's soul was inside of them. A human's, on the outside, would be obvious if cut away and Quint most definately had no experience of not having a soul. That kind of thing was unimaginable.

And just when he thought everything was going so well, Khera mentioned oh-so-casually that he had just happened to have run into a Giratina. A Giratina, of all things! Quint sucked in a deep breath in shock, then disguised any feelings of surprise he had about this discovery - he was supposed to have been with Khera at all times throughout his life, he supposed. ~You saw a Giratina? Those are rare. Like, legendary rare. Seeing one is a bigbigbig deal. You're very lucky to have seen one; that's the sort of Pokémon crazy lab goons go after.~
